For more than 40 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colchester East Hants has been enabling life-changing mentoring relationships to ignite the power and potential of young people in East Hants  and surrounding communities.

Milford Recreation was a vision which became a reality in 1965, when a group of residentsbegan discussing a recreation space for youth in the Milford area.Almost 60 years later, MRA continues to provide our recreational facilityto the community and residents of East Hants

Park Golf is a new family friendly fun form of golf , it has components of regular golf , mini golf and croquet . Popular in Japan where it originated in 1983 and has now gorown to to 3500 courses . Its slowly spreading to North America with 8 courses in the U.S and Rines Creek Park Golf being the only one in Canada . Park Golf is played with one club and one ball , the club has the shaft of a putter and the head of a driver with no loft . The ball is the size of a pool ball but lighter .
